Faculty | Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Faculty software, license key, or service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use Faculty.

2. Nature of the Service

Faculty provides third-party external software for video games, including but not limited to Fortnite and Roblox. The Service is sold for personal, educational, and research use only. Faculty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Roblox Corporation, or any other game publisher. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

3. VIP Subscription & Ecosystem

A Faculty VIP subscription grants access to the tools included in your selected plan for its duration. Faculty actively develops new tools (including, but not limited to, a Roblox executor and support for additional games). Where a new tool is announced as included in the VIP ecosystem, active VIP members receive access at no additional cost upon its release. Faculty makes no guarantee as to release dates, feature sets, or continued availability of any planned or current tool, and reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue any tool at any time.

4. Licensing & HWID Lock

Your license is personal, non-transferable, and HWID-locked to a single active hardware profile at a time. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, leaking, or sublicensing your key or the software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund. HWID resets may be granted at Faculty's sole discretion and may be rate-limited.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been delivered or activated. Refunds will not be issued for game updates causing temporary downtime, detection events, account bans, user error, hardware incompatibility, or failure to read the requirements. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from all Faculty services.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that the use of any third-party game software may violate the terms of service of the relevant game and may result in account suspension or permanent ban. You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Faculty is not responsible for any bans, account losses, hardware issues, data loss, or any other damages arising from the use or misuse of the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with, or attempt to bypass the licensing of the Service. You agree not to use the Service to harass, harm, or target other users maliciously, nor to engage in any unlawful activity. Violation of this section results in immediate termination without refund.

8. Downtime & Updates

Game updates and anti-cheat changes may cause the Service to be temporarily disabled while we develop and ship an update. Such downtime does not entitle you to a refund. Subscription durations are not paused or extended for downtime unless explicitly stated by Faculty staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faculty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Faculty's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding thirty (30) days.

10. Termination

Faculty reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be provided.

11. Changes to These Terms

Faculty may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through our Discord server.
